My Basic Loadout

Post  andrew jackson on Mon Jan 28, 2013 11:59 pm

Alright the computer is driving me crazy, I will post this trying for the third time in sections.

First we have everything. Missing is weapon, and thigh rig containing 4 mags and weapons cleaning gear. Poncho liner and sleeping system are something have to figure out what to do to get them in.

better shot of the bob and belt. Tactical dip can hides my nametape. Also, flag is upsidedown on purpose. If I am using this gear I am indeed distressed!

Of note, waterproof socks, but I realized I need to add normal socks as well. Will do soon. Also, magnesium firestarter.

Underarmor poly pro top and bottom. Also FROG facemask.

Canteen cup and stand. I plan to add food to this pouch too. No canteen because not pictured in the bottom pouch attached to my bob has a nalgene bottle and water purifier.

Drinking straw, water purification tablets, IR chemlights, protractor and surefire.

Contains pretty much all the basic IFAK goodies. I copied mine as close as possible.

Main pouch for CLS goodies, contains a lot of goodies, such as seals for sucking chest wounds, gauze, etc, etc. Also has a snake bite kit.

Also, in the main section of the butt pouch I have burn gel, and a flexible hard foam that can be used as a splint. Lots of nifty stuff in that. I plan to add more over time.

Overall with this setup I plan to add more such as a tarp/poncho and more medical supplies. I need to add food and socks. This setup is constantly evolving.

Opinions?
